The story follows him from the time shortly before his diagnosis to life with it. It deals with sleep problems, doctor's visits, and coping with the situation. It also depicts his daily life: jogging through the gardens of Schönbrunn Palace, playing table tennis and games on his laptop, weight training, regular meals, and plenty of humor. Andreas is a fun-loving and optimistic person. These aspects, and especially his passion for technology, are an important part of the story told in the graphic novel. In the graphic novel, Andreas becomes the inventor of a Story Preservation Station (SPS). As the name suggests, the SPS's goal is to preserve stories. The SPS is a combination of technical devices. When a story is preserved, it goes through five stages: audio recording, visualization, mixing, emotion extraction, and jam dispensing. The final product is memory jam, which is filled into jars like conventional jam and preserved using the special process mentioned above. The story is contained within the jam, or the jam is full of stories. The unique composition, the color of the jam, its consistency, its smell, its taste, the sound of opening the jar – all these can bring the story back to mind.ISBN: 978-3-903525-05-4 Wien: Eigenverlag Angewandte 1.
